Tenders are invited for the upgrade of the building envelope at Fire Hall No. 1, located at 4645 Harvest Drive, Delta, BC as per the attached. The work generally consists of the replacement of existing stucco cladding system on steel studs framing with a metal cladded rain screen system, crack repairs on existing stucco cladding system on block walls, replacement of existing windows with double glazed windows and thermally broken frames and replacement of metal roof panels.
