Bids must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. The Logan Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award contracts, which it deems is in the best interest of the Township. All qualified persons and firms are hereby notified that in regard to any contract pursuant to this advertisement, minority/women businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
