The Logan Township Board of Supervisors is requesting sealed bids from companies interested in pumping and hauling septage from 225+/- 1,000-gallon capacity septic tanks primarily in the Greenwood section of Logan Township. Detailed equipment specifications and minimum requirements are set forth in the SEPTIC TANK CLEANING CONTRACT The Logan Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award a contract which it deems in the best interest of the Township. All qualified persons and firms are hereby notified that regarding any contract pursuant to this advertisement, minority/women businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.
