The Jefferson County Department of Public Works is requesting the services of a construction management firm that has expertise to perform the described services for various county building projects (reference: RSMO 8.675 through 8.685). Attached is a general description of projects and services for a consulting firm to perform under this contract. If your firm would like to be considered for these management services, you may express your interest by responding to the appropriate office, which is indicated on the attachment. Limit your Letter of Interest (LOI) to no more than ten (10) pages. This LOI should include any information which might help us in the selection process, such as, the persons or team you would assign to the project; the backgrounds of those individuals; other projects your company has recently completed, or are now active, that are similar in scope; and client references and recommendations. The selection committee will evaluate submittals based on: (a) qualifications of the company and personnel; (b) past record of performance on similar projects; (c) references and recommendations from past clients; (d) fees for overhead/profit and financial strenght of the company (reference: RSMO 8.681). It is required that your firm submit an Affidavit of Compliance with the federal work authorization program, along with a copy of your company E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding (15 CSR 60-15.020) with your firm's LOI.
