The City of Naperville is accepting bids from authorized vendors to provide for the rehabilitation of 4,236' of existing 24" and 27" sanitary trunk sewer by the installation of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Cured-in-Place Thermosetting Resin Pipe (CIPP) cured with ultraviolet light (ASTM F2019 -03) or Resin-Saturated Felt CIPP Lining Cured with Steam or Hot Water (ASTM F1216-09). The finished product is a monolithic structural pipe that is formed to the existing host pipe. This bid includes rehabilitation of fifteen (15) sanitary sewer manholes to be done in conjunction with CIPP Lining. The scope of work for the project includes, but is not limited to, complete removal and replacement of 12,976 LF of concrete curbs, complete removal and replacement of 12,948 SY of HMA roadway pavement and 15,197 SY of HMA Grind and Resurfacing.
