Site work for an educational facility in Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Jefferson High School 2022 Site Package Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid, including all additive alternates, must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days before awarding contracts. The Vinton-Tecumseh School Building Corporation reserves the right to assign each contract awarded under these instructions, in whole or part, applying to only a portion of the Work, to the Building Corporation which will lease that whole or part to the Vinton-Tecumseh School Building Corporation. Where a part of the work under any contract is assigned, all the work under that contract shall be administered jointly by the Owners as separate contracts in accordance with the Contract Documents. Secure copies of the Bidding Documents from Construction Manager on the following deposit/return basis, with the deposit made payable to the Owner. Bidders are urged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference with representatives of the Owner, Architect, and Kettelhut Construction, Inc. present to discuss construction sequence, continuous operation, security, Contractor's work, storage areas and requirements for Contractor's personnel working around the existing facility.
