SEALED BIDS will be received by North Mahoning Township for the following: 1. 30,000 gal., more or less, MC 70-road oil, all materials must meet state specifications, liquidated damages apply, to be applied on township roads within 15 days of ordering. Weigh slips must be furnished upon delivery. 2. 1,000 tons, more or less, each of the following AASHTO #8 1-B washed limestone, AASHTO #57 washed limestone, #2RC limestone. All materials must be state approved, delivered and stockpiled at the township building. Form 4171 required bids to be on forms provided by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The Township reserves the_ right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The awarding bidder must supply performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, weigh slips must be furnished upon delivery.
