This project is the bridge replacement of the existing structure carrying SR 1045 (Locust Lane) over Broadhead Run with a new precast reinforced concrete box culvert and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 1045, Section 453, in Indiana County Canoe Township from approximately 300 feet from the start of the existing structure at segment 0020 offset 0441 to approximately 300 feet from the end of the existing structure at segment 0020 offset 1341.
