321 Tons of Superpave 9.5 mm, Scratch/Leveling Course, placed 120 LB/SY 481 Tons of Superpave 9.5 mm, Wearing Course, placed 180 LB/SY, 1.5" Depth All materials and workmanship must meet the requirements and standards of PennDOT Publication 408 - Specifications, and bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified for Work Class "F" Bituminous Paving. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Milford Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Milford Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. All work must be completed by September 15, 2025; liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $875 per day for each day beyond this date that the work remains incomplete.
