Ann Street Park Phase 1 Improvements. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools and equipment, oversight, permits, and inspections required to remove existing playground equipment, site furnishings, and all items not conducive to final design and construct or install new playground equipment, underdrain and electrical utilities, safety surface and edging, stone retaining wall, concrete walkways, asphalt paving, fencing, landscaping, and site furnishings. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply.
