Upper Macungie Township (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2025 Sanitary Sewer System Manhole Maintenance & Rehabilitation Project The Project includes the following Work: The project generally includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of 122 manholes. The scope of work involves epoxy chimney lining (Code A), caulking of manhole frame joints (Code B), installation of composite manhole frame and covers (Code C1), exterior treatment including parging around manhole frames and the application of sealer (Code C2), a concrete manhole wall patch repair (Code G2), the repair of leaking or broken manhole frame rise rings (Code H), and lining of manhole base sections (Code Y). Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2025 Sanitary Sewer System Manhole Maintenance & Rehabilitation Project. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. Question Deadline 07/15/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via online portal.
