2024 Double Micro Surfacing project for approximately 100,000 SY Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Upper Macungie Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements Questions Due Date: Apr 22nd 2024, 5:00 PM EDT The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in an amount equal to the Contract Price and meeting PennDOT Pub Upper Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject, any or all Bids. Contractor shall install Type A SRL H, Double application Micro-Surface per PennDOT Pub. 408, Section 483. Contractor will be responsible for traffic control in accordance with PennDOT Pub. 213. Contractor must notify affected residents in a format approved by the Township. A. If additional space is needed, insert appropriately numbered attachment and note “Continued on attached work sheets."
