All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Bid opening. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents. Attention is called to the fact that no less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid, and that the employees are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests.
