Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a museum; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and theater / auditorium.
This project will be an outdoor educational facility for the teaching of the cultural practices of the indigenous people who once occupied this area. The project includes, but is not limited to, site grading, bituminous and concrete walk paving, minor utility installation, small, open, wood and log framed and roofed architectural elements, dry laid stone retaining walls, inclined stone wall slope stabilization and landscaping. All bidders must be licensed contractors in compliance with PA and the City of Allentown licensing requirements. A bid bond of 5% is required with submission.
