Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
It is the intent of this "Invitation" to secure a Contractor to construct the intersection improvements at the intersections of 7th Street & Hamilton Street and 7th Street and Linden Street. Work will include remove and dispose of pavement, sidewalk and/or concrete curb, located within the City limits, along with incidental work as may be authorized and required by the Contract Administrator. The improvements will be constructed primarily in commercial areas and in conjunction with the City Center Plaza redevelopment. Questions regarding electronic submissions are welcome via email through online. QUESTIONS DUE (DATE - PREVAILING TIME) JUNE 30, 2025, 4:00 PM Bid Bond required If any Vendor contemplating the submission of a quotation on this invitation is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specification or other document, they should submit a written request for an interpretation thereof to the Purchasing Agent at purchasinq(3)allentownpa.qov not less than five (5) working days prior to quotation due date. An interpretation of the quotation invitation document will be made only by written addendum issued to each potential bidder. THE CITY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPLANATIONS OR INTERPRETATIONS OF QUOTATION INVITATION DOCUMENTS EXCEPT AS ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE HEREWITH.
