Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
As of June 6, 2022 This project is awarded to Pavement Solutions, LLC with awarded amount of $3,067,989.25. The Project work shall include the following description of the work: - Removal of existing box culvert and gabion walls at Duchesne and existing CMP at Hawthorn. Removal of pavements, curb and gutter, guardrail, fencing, water line, sewer pipe, trees, etc. - Construction of a double cell 14'Wx12'H concrete box culvert and retaining walls at Duchesne and a double cell 14'Wx11'H concrete box culvert at Hawthorn, as well as water line, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, fencing, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work shown on the project plans. Liquidated Damages for Failure or Delay in Completing Work on Time: If the contractor fails to complete all work necessary to have all lanes of traffic open on N Duchesne Drive in the closure time specified by the bidder, the amount of Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars $2,300.00 will be deducted from the contractor's payment for each unit of closure time (day), including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays more than the closure time bid until such time as all lanes of N Duchesne Drive are opened to traffic
