Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boone, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project Generally consists demolishing the existing scale and surrounding area; installing new water lines, storm drains, and sewer lines; grading; foundation construction for two scales and an independent scale house; scale installation and scale house construction along with associated ramps, curbs, walls, guardrails, fence extension with gates, canopies over the scales, security gates, and traffic lights. Project will be phased in order to maintain current operations during construction.
