Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this project is to reconstruct deteriorated sidewalk and curb along SR 885 (Irvine Street) between the Greenfield Ave/Saline St/Irvine St intersection and Berwick Street, at the Lewis Parklet, on the east side of the street, to provide the desired pedestrian path along this corridor. Construction will consist of reinforced concrete sidewalk and curb, ADA ramps, and ancillary construction through the corridor. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon federal wages. Current wage rates are attached in file titled "Davis-Bacon Wages 2022-IFB-076" for reference; rates are subject to change by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
