Removal and re-installation of furniture, furnishings and equipment as necessary for the execution of the Work. 2. Phased removal and replacement of existing floor finishes at the existing three-story facility, with an approximate total floor area of 9,500 square feet. 3. Floor Repairs, as encountered during execution of the work.Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner.The Quoting Contractor understands that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Deadline for questions regarding this request for quotes will be received electronically by Jeffrey Lynes, PVTA Procurement Officer at JLynes@pvta.com until Tuesday April 26 at noon
