Provide Professional Services (Labor Only) for Fixtures, Lamps, and Wiring As stated in the General Information/Conditions Section of these bid documents, the scope of work/services required under the terms of this contract include, but not limited the repair, maintenance and trouble-shooting exterior/interior overhead lighting lamps, fixtures, poles, foundations and wiring on all City properties. This is a labor only contract. Repairs shall be performed by qualified, trained and certified personnel that are directly employed by the Contractor. Licensed Contractor shall maintain during the duration of this contract a staff trained electricians capable of troubleshooting and locating underground faults. The failure to maintain such requirements shall be cause for termination of the contract. Any questions pertaining to this bid should be directed to the Finance Department at fincontracts@kenner.la.us. No questions/inquiries shall be directed to the Department of Field Services nor any of its employees during the bid process period. Bid Bond - A Bid Bond in the form of a $500.00 cashier's check is required for this bid Performance Bond - Not required for this bid. Payment Bond - Not required for this bid. This contract shall be valid from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024. There shall be no escalation clause in price under the terms of this contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
