**As of March 8, 2023 bids for this project were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The work, officially known as Abendschein Park Pavilion, consists of constructing a four seasons single-story Park Pavilion, Type VB construction of approximately 7,200 square feet gross floor area. The building is of structural masonry cavity wall construction and rigid frame structural steel. It includes aluminum-framed storefront and entrance system with insulating glass. The roof consists of standing seam metal roof and single ply membrane EPDM roofing on steel deck and steel joists. The Work includes mechanical and electrical work, interior finishes and related construction, including partitions, doors, and casework in addition to exterior paving, landscape work and other site improvements.
