Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project contemplated consists of: o Rental of 2 temporary fuel cubes and transferring unleaded and diesel fuel from existing underground tanks to the temporary fuel cubes. o Removal of 3 existing underground fuel tanks, in accordance with Wis. Admin. Code ATCP Chapter 93 o Demolition and removal of existing fuel dispenser island, except salvaging existing fuel management kiosk, if Owner approves work to relocate fuel management kiosk o Capping of existing underground electrical conduit, W3 piping and air line o Installation of new underground electrical conduit and pavement restoration o Backfill and vegetation replacement o Installation of concrete pad for new fueling system o Assembly and Installation of Owner-procured tanks/pumps, in accordance with Wis. Admin. Code ATCP Chapter 93 o Installation of bollards, in accordance with Wis. Admin. Code ATCP Chapter 93 o Removal and Reinstallation of fuel management kiosk, if Owner approves this work (Additive Bid Item) o Procurement and installation of light pole o All other work to complete the project.
