Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 9/28/21, per the engineer this project has not been awarded yet. The award is anticipated to take place in late October or November of 2021. On-Line Bidding: Available The project contemplated primarily consists of electrical improvements of the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility Effluent Pump Station including: replacement of two motor control centers (MCCs), replacement of three reduced voltage soft starters (RVSS) with variable frequency drives (VFDs), replacement of one power panel, one lighting panel, two disconnect switches, two low voltage transformers and one transfer switch. The project will also replace one existing interior door and opening with concrete block masonry unit wall. A pre-bid presentation will be posted under contract and the District Procurement Opportunities no later than 10:30 AM on July 19th, 2021. Bids shall remain effective and may not be withdrawn by the Bidder for at least one hundred and twenty (120) days from Bid due date. The time for completion of the Contract shall be 380 (three hundred and eighty) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. It is called to the attention of the Bidder that the time of completion of the work under this Contract is the essence of the Contract
