Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Pierre, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
SCOPE OF WORK AND DEFINITIONS a. This project includes the Mickelson Bldg., Amphitheater Lighting Replacement for the Capitol Complex located in Pierre, SD. b. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and permits necessary for the proper completion of the work. c. For the purposes of the contract, Owner or Owner's Representative shall mean Brent Gill, Buildings & Grounds Manager.. Bid Bond. In lieu of a certified check as a bid guarantee, a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including all add alternates, may be furnished by the Contractor. Work is currently expected to be complete during July/August 2022. $500 per calendar day asliquidated damagesfor each calendar day.
