Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kenton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to Lynn Township, or by certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of Lynn Township. Bid bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Each bid must be sealed and marked as "Bid for the Lynn Township Road 95 Resurfacing Project" and mailed or delivered to: Doris A. Ralston, Fiscal Officer Lynn Township Board of Trustees 13458 T.R. 115 Kenton, Ohio 43326. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the various prevailing wage rates, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a bid guaranty and a performance bond for 100% of the contract price.The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than August 31, 2022.Township reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and/or to reject any or all bids.
