For the purchase of the following materials and supplies, to be used during the year 2023 and in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the safety service director. 35,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline 10,000 gallons of #1 diesel 2,000 tons of asphaltic concrete #404 100 tons of bituminous premix t-34 35,000 tons of stone (crushed limestone) 50 cast iron service boxes 500 tons of pebble lime 500 feet each of ." and 1" "k" copper tubing 250 tons of medium soda ash 9 tons chlorine 100 tons liquid c02 All bids, unless otherwise stated in the specifications, shall be firm through December 31, 2023. The quantities are estimated only and the contract shall stipulate that the mayor and/or safety service director reserve the right to order more or less, according to the requirements of the various departments of the city, and to reject any or all bids.
