The project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, and materialsfor the construction of a wastewater Force Main (as described in the Drawings and Specifications). The work generally includes, but is not limited to, installation of 12" HDPE force main piping (owner provided), including fittings, valves and other appurtenances; jack and bore; and horizontal directional drill installation. The project includes road and driveway crossings, and related restoration. One (1) Specification Booklet and one (1) $230.00/set set of full size drawings(22" x 34"). The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract, as prescribed in the Contract Documents. The Okeechobee Utility Authority reserves the right to waive informalities in the bid, reject all Proposals or any Proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which, however, shall not extend beyond forty-five (45) calendar days from the bid opening date
