Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Unity, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Unity requires construction services to replace 5 blocks of water, sanitary and storm mains. The scope of the work includes, but not limited to, replacement of underground utilities, service connections, sidewalks, curbs, pavement and full depth road structure replacement along 1st Avenue West. The work includes replacement of municipal mains and services, protection of existing utilities, road building, and supplementary work along 1st Avenue West from approximately West Entrance Rd to Main St and works in the Town Office Parking Lot. All inquiries, requests for explanation, interpretations or clarifications regarding the Tender and Tender Documents must be submitted to the Engineer by email only. Only those inquiries submitted in writing will be considered. Inquiries will be received up to 2:00:00 PM local time on April 5, 2022. Inquiries received after the date and time noted will not receive a response. The Owner requires this project to be completed by June 30, 2023. Tenderers should submit a construction schedule, including the date when Substantial Performance of the Work will occur and when significant milestones will be achieved. For the purposes of such construction schedule, Tenderers may assume a Work commencement date of May 16, 2022.
