A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Cold in Place recycling 5" compacted depth as per PennDOT PUB 408 Current Edition Section 341 2.1.5" 9.5mm 0-.3 ESALS WMA PG-64-22 SRL "M" as per PennDOT PUB 408 Current Edition as required. Soft and Yielding Repair (If Needed) excavate and remove material to 12" depth. Replace with 12" 2a compact as per pub 408 and 4" 19mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL "L".
