Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Royersford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Work will include, but not be limited to: removal of existing concrete, stone and bituminous, grading, installation of an ADA bituminous trail, restoration and stabilization of existing wall, lighting and electrical, landscaping, railing, fencing, seeding, signs, site furniture and other related work. This is a prevailing wage job. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression. Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a prime contractor or subcontractor for ECMS work codes C, C1, F and K. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Borough of Royersford, in an amount equal to Ten (10%) Percent of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. The Borough of Royersford reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding, when, in the opinion of the Borough, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
