This project shall consist of overlaying 25,511 square yards of existing streets within the city of Parma with a 2" overlay and placement of 3" asphalt pavement on 1,184 square yards of existing gravel roads within the city of Parma. This project also includes milling, wedging, tack coat, prime coat, and removal of a section of railroad tracks crossing a city street to be overlaid. Estimate Range $250,000-$350,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $750.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in the General Conditions.
