The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the replacement of the building's ventilation units as well as kitchen hoods and bathroom fans. The work will be carried out in a seven (7) storey building with 78 apartments intended for the elderly and people with restricted mobility. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. WORKS DURATION According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around May 2022, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 30 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
