Notice Content NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID PROJECT #SAL-2022-003 and Labor Commission PWP-CL-2022-295. Pursuant to NRS 332.045 and NRS 338.1385. Somerset Academy - Losee, c/o Academica Nevada is requesting sealed bids. The project consists of construction of the concrete foundation and electrical infrastructure for a Dant Clayton Bleacher system (provided by school) and assembly of the system with Press Box at the Somerset Academy Losee located at 4650 Losee Rd., North Las Vegas, NV 89081. Sealed bids are due no later than 9:30 a.m. on April 08, 2022. All sealed bids to be mailed or hand delivered to Attn: Gary McClain or John Lopeman at 6630 Surrey St. Las Vegas, NV 89119. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Qualified Bidders shall have a valid Nevada Contractor's License with the proper classification to perform this work, and be able to obtain insurance required for the work. All Bidders must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.1379 or NRS 338.1382 to Bid. Qualified Bidders intending to bid this project must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on March 25, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at the project site, Somerset Academy Losee, 4650 Losee Rd., North Las Vegas, NV 89081. This meeting will take place outside of the front office. Any bidder not attending will not be eligible to bid. Bid documents will be available online beginning Monday, March 21, 2022.
