Demolition, site work and addition to a medical facility in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility.

This RFP intends to engage a qualified proponent capable of designing, supplying, delivering, installing, commissioning, and specified maintenance servicing the specified complete Energy Management & Controls System (Building Automation System (BAS)), ancillary equipment, software, and specified maintenance services for the entire CBRH Campus of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital (CBRH) Clinical Services Addition project. The CBRH Campus will comprise three new buildings: Energy Centre (EC), Cape Breton Cancer Centre (CBCC) and Clinical Services Building (CSB), and the existing CBRH facility.
