Construct a new pre-engineered steel shop bay addition to the existing DeBolt Public Services Building located in DeBolt, Alberta, for the MD of Greenview No. 16, as per the contract documents. Construct new concrete aprons and curbs, as per the drawings. Provide asphalt paving, lot grading and site work restoration to tie into the existing grades, as per the drawings Provide electrical requirements from the existing building. Provide HVAC requirements from the existing building. Provide plumbing tie-in to the existing sanitary and water, as per the drawings. Provide life-safety requirements including revisions to existing sprinkler system, fire alarm, and gas detection to tie into the existing systems. Relocate existing fence and gate, as per the drawings.
