All proposals shall include all information requested in the standard submission requirements and selection criteria, which is available thru the Office of the Town Administrator. Bids will be deemed incomplete if all documents are not submitted accordingly. All professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration of Public Contractors), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. (Contract Compliance & Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) form and a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen reserve the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgement will be in the best interests of the Town of Dover. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than sixty (60) days from the date of the receipt of proposals. Candidates are required to submit one (1) original paper copy of their proposal with (2) copies along with one (1) electronic copy on a thumb drive which shall be marked with the firms name. Do not submit any document that is handwritten, bound (including staples, folders, spiral, or flat spines), on glossy, colored, heavy grade, or legal paper. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
