Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Gladstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Project has been Rebid. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to remove and dispose of the old unit, replace and render operational one (1) new, like in kind and type, HVAC unit to be installed at the Visitor's Center. All work associated with this project shall be completed within thirty (30) days from award. All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Cristina Garcia (804) 625-3973 cristina.garcia@dcr.virginia.gov. The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to conduct a one-time solicitation to furnish and install one (1) Four Ton HVAC split system for use within James River State Park's Visitor Center located at 104 Green Hill Drive, Gladstone, VA 24553. Award shall be made on a grand total basis. All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Cristina Garcia (804) 625-3973 cristina.garcia@dcr.virginia.gov. II.
