The City of Meriden seeks the services of a an On-Call Contractor to complete spot repairs to concrete sidewalks, curbs, pedestrian ramps, and driveway ramps on an as-needed basis. Small areas of damage caused by tree roots, snow plows, or other causes will be repaired under this contract, as well as sidewalk replacements under the CIDEWALK Program. Contractor will be paid based on the quantity of work completed and accepted by the City at the unit prices agreed to in the bid. Every effort will be made by the City to ensure that the minimum concrete load of 3 cubic yards is used at each location. All work will be completed in compliance with City of Meriden Specifications. The winning contractor will be expected to mobilize to the areas designated by the Engineer within 30 days of notification. This will be a one (1) year contract with optional extensions upon mutual agreement.
