It is assumed that buildings built prior to the year 2000 may have hazardous materials present. DCC has provided a number of reports from past investigations, however some buildings lack information. JCCLP is looking to avoid the disturbance of hazardous materials during construction and comply with legislation and building occupant requirements while mitigating exposure during implementation.
