Provide construction-ready design and specifications stamped by a Professional Engineer in good standing with Engineers Nova Scotia, to meet elevator upgrade related scope of work for the following buildings managed by MRHA, CBIHA, CHA, and EMHA. Provide Class "B" construction estimates as well as tender and construction administration services for these projects. Nova Scotia Department of Municipal Affairs and Housing (DMAH) is responsible for the administration and delivery of affordable housing for low-to-modest income Nova Scotians. DMAH would like to procure services of qualified and experienced Elevator Consultant to develop construction-ready design and specifications documentation and provide tender and construction administration services for an array of elevator upgrade projects in buildings managed by the Metropolitan Regional Housing Authority (MRHA), the Cape Breton Island Housing Authority (CBIHA), the Cobequid Housing Authority (CHA), and the Eastern Mainland Housing Authority (EMHA). Deadline for Questions Tuesday, April 5, 2022 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
