City of Arvada is looking to replace the old AHU (Air Handling Unit) and condenser with a new AHU and matching 410A condenser at the Olde Wadsworth Shops location at 6161 Olde Wadsworth Blvd. Require at least 2 year warranty on labor. Controls will be completed by City of Arvada. Custom equipment specs from Trane are provided as attachment, note there are site constraints. Scope of work will include: - Providing mechanical permit-permit is at no cost because contractor is working on behalf of the City of Arvada - Shut down existing AHU and apply lock-out/tag-out - Shut down existing condenser and apply lock-out/tag-out - Recover and recycle refrigerant per EPA regulations - Disconnect electrical power - Drain and disconnect hot water piping. - Provide rigging and crane services to remove existing units - dispose of properly - Provide and install new AHU and Condenser - Modify ductwork as need to properly fit the new unit - Re-connect existing electrical. - Reconnect hot water piping - Replace refrigerant piping to maintain proper velocities needed for 410a PSI. - Pressure test refrigerant lines.
