The work includes and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment (include lift rental, if needed) required to paint the exterior surfaces of the doors and windows, including lintels and to reseal all the expansion joints, windows and doors to include areas- AREA I: All greenhouse metal south and west side shall be prepped and painted to include the roofs of the three (3) doghouses in the area. (Alternate) AREA II: All atrium metal south and west side shall be prepped and painted.
