Questions Due Date: Mar 30th 2022, 2:00 PM CDT Parkway School District is seeking bids from qualified contractors to supply a Shade Structure at Carman Trails Elementary. The Parkway School District is seeking bids from qualified contractors for a turn-key project consisting of supplying and installing one shade structure for Carman Trails Elementary. 1. Contractor to provide and install one (1) 24' x 15' (360 sq. ft.) Four-Post Shade Structure 2. Min Post Height: 8' - Max Post Height: 12' 3. Contractor shall be responsible to secure all required permits prior to start of on-site work. 4. The following project is to be a turn-key project. All work involved shall be performed by the manufacturer's authorized agency, according to manufacturer's specifications. 5. All equipment and installation must adhere to the appropriate ASTM standards. 6. Shade fabric must consist of strong and durable U.V. protection HDPE fabric specifically made for outdoor structures. 7. All steel tubing must be galvanized and powder-coated. (Color to be determined) 8. Contractor must include complete manufacturer technical specifications and drawings with the bid submittal. 9. Bidders shall be responsible for being familiar with the site and requirements that are necessary to provide and install the requested items. Intent to Bid Due Date: Apr 5th 2022, 10:30 AM CDT
