Proposals for the collection and disposal of residential solid waste, recyclables, yard waste, and bulky items for the City of Ballwin, Missouri are sought for a six year period with the possibility of two additional two (2) year extensions. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept such bid that is advantageous, beneficial, or expeditious to the Municipality. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening. Bids may be corrected for clerical or typographical mistakes at the discretion of the City, but not because of a mistake in judgement by the Bidder.
