The City of Ballwin seeks sealed bids from qualified bidders for the Holloway Park Playground project. Additionally the scope includes installation ofplayground, concrete pad for shade structure and engineered wood fiber safety surfacing. The project includes furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and service necessary for the installation of an accessible playground, swing set in an existing playground footprint of approximately 5,700 square feet, 15' x 40' shade structure with form poured, light brush finish, 4" concrete slab with fiber mesh to include up to 6 inches of the compacted aggregate base up to 800 sq. ft.
