Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
A. The Work shall be as described in the Contract Documents. ELECTRICAL: 1. Remove existing local sound system, remove inactive projector and inactive projection screen, remove the existing border lights and spotlights, associated cable, controls, and conduits as indicated on the contract drawing. 2. Furnish and install new auditorium sound system compatible to the existing main PA system complete with all required equipment indicated in specification 16770 and contract drawings, associated cable and conduits. Furnish FM type system for audio amplification for hearing impaired system. 3. Provide connection for existing projector to the new local sound system. 4. Furnish and install new border lights and spotlights with dimming control system as per SCA requirements and specifications. 5. Restore all finishes Liquidated Damages: Five hundred ($500) MWLBE thirty percent (30%) goal.
