The Kingsboro Psychiatric Center, located at 681 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203, seeks to procure a contractor to furnish and Install replacement LED fixtures at its Mary Brooks Transitional Living Residence located at 719 Linden Blvd, Brooklyn, NY 11203. The specific configurations, as well as further details on the project, can be found in the Scope of Work within the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Consolidated Business Office per the instructions in the IFB by Wednesday, April 6, 2022 by 3:00 p.m. ET. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Thursday, April 13, 2022, as well as posted to this ad. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation goals have been set at the following: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) goals have been set for 6%. New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates DO apply to this solicitation. A copy of the Prevailing Wage Schedule is included in the IFB. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
