Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Swan Lake, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a 105,000-square-foot transportation facility; and for paving for a 105,000-square-foot transportation facility.

The project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 105,000 SF of the existing Terminal Apron pavement. This project generally includes milling the pavement surface, crack repair, placement of an asphalt overlay, and new pavement markings. Prevailing wage rates apply, and Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal of 3% is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt. Location: 57 County Road 183A, Bethel, New York Goals for minority participation for each trade: 17% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% P.N. 20070401.0040
