The County of Butte is seeking a firm to provide Operations and Maintenance functions for secure facilities operated by the Butte County Sheriff's Office and Butte County Probation Department. Facilities include the Butte County Jail and Butte County Juvenile Hall. Both facilities are located in Oroville, CA. Please see attached RFP SO031822 for all information regarding Secured Facility Operations and Maintenance. Final Date to Submit Questions and Requests for Clarification Wednesday, April 20, 2022-Close of Business Any and all communication regarding this Solicitation shall be in writing and directed to: Amber Brousseau Administrative Analyst Butte County Sheriff's Office 5 Gillick Way Oroville, CA 95965-3413 SAccounting@buttecounty.net If the total project price is $25,000 or more, the successful CONTRACTOR shall be required to duly enter into and execute and deliver the COUNTY a one hundred percent (100%) Labor & Materials bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, as required by law, prior to beginning work on the project. Questions and requests for clarification may only be submitted by e-mail or through the Public Purchase website. Verbal and phone inquiries will not be answered. All questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted no later than close of business on April 20, 2022. Questions received after close of business on April 20, 2022 will not be answered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
