Site work for a water / sewer project in Monument, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The well will be located at 1755 County Line Road, Monument, CO 80132, generally in Section 2, Township 11 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. The well will be completed under Permit No. 86472-F in the Arapahoe aquifer. Work on this project is anticipated to commence no later than April 25, 2022 and proceed on a 24-hour basis during drilling and well completion. The project shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued and finally complete within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Any questions which, in the opinion of Engineer, cannot be answered by direct reference to the Bidding Documents will be answered by formal written Addenda as outlined above under Interpretations and Addenda. The pre-bid conference will include a tour of the site conducted by representatives of Owner and Engineer. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bidders will not be required to submit a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to supply one performance bond and one labor and material bond. In addition, the successful bidder will be required to supply evidence of public liability and property damage insurance, and Workmen s Compensation insurance in accordance with Colorado statutes.
